Navigate to the user email that you want to make some changes to. After identifying the desired client user, a link is provided to edit their information. Click on the "Edit Access", right below the user email address, to access and modify the client user's access to organizations.
A new window will pop up which shows the required steps timeline on the top and the specified user email address. Click on next.
- If you want to assign the user to a new organization: let’s assume 123@1org.com has only access to 1org.US and wants to get access to 1org.Canada as well.
- Type in the new org name/org ID (1org.Canada). Once the org name/org ID is shown on the drop-down, select it. In this example, it is 1org.Canada.
Now the new org is simply added and assigned to this specific user. Click on “next” and then confirm. - Now you can see that the new org is added to the 1org client user. 123@1org.com has now access to both 1org Canada and the US.
- If you want to remove an org name/org ID from a user: Let's assume we want to revoke 123@1org.com access from 1org.Canada.
simply click on the X (delete) on the far right of the org name.
click on next. - Confirm the default org for the 123@1org.com user.
- You can see now that this user is only assigned to 1org.US.
