How do I edit user access?

Navigate to the user email that you want to make some changes to. After identifying the desired client user, a link is provided to edit their information. Click on the "Edit Access", right below the user email address, to access and modify the client user's access to organizations.

A new window will pop up which shows the required steps timeline on the top and the specified user email address. Click on next.

  1. If you want to assign the user to a new organization: let’s assume 123@1org.com has only access to 1org.US and wants to get access to 1org.Canada as well.
  2. Type in the new org name/org ID (1org.Canada). Once the org name/org ID is shown on the drop-down, select it. In this example, it is 1org.Canada.
Now the new org is simply added and assigned to this specific user. Click on “next” and then confirm.
  3. Now you can see that the new org is added to the 1org client user.  123@1org.com has now access to both 1org Canada and the US.
  4. If you want to remove an org name/org ID from a user: Let's assume we want to revoke 123@1org.com access from 1org.Canada.
simply click on the X (delete) on the far right of the org name.
    click on next.
  5. Confirm the default org for the 123@1org.com user.
  6. You can see now that this user is only assigned to 1org.US.
