Why is my cashback still tracking?

Introduction

If your cashback is still pending, it means the retailer is still tracking your purchase and has not yet confirmed the commission. Cashback becomes available only after the retailer approves it.

Why cashback stays tracking

Cashback is managed by the retailer, not by us. The retailer decides when to approve the commission, and this can take several days from the time tracking starts. In some cases, it may take up to the maximum number of days allowed by that retailer.

What happens next

Once the retailer confirms the cashback, we will update your account and send you a notification. At that point, the cashback will no longer show as pending and will become available (confirmed) according to the usual payout process.

Things to keep in mind

  • Pending cashback is normal and does not mean there is a problem.
  • Approval times vary by retailer.
  • We cannot speed up the retailer’s review process.
  • You will be notified once the cashback is confirmed.
